About Us

 

Our business philosophy centers on the idea of utilizing the experience and resources that we have acquired over the past 25 years in the contracting and development business for the benefit of customers who wish to renovate their property rather than demolish and replace.  This approach to construction comes in part from our appreciation for the historic architecture that we are so blessed with in Chicago, and in part from our overall commitment toward conservation of resources. 

 

The most recent development that has grown from this philosophy is the design and installation of solar PV grid-inter-tie systems.  We have already installed several systems, from 1kW to 7.2kW on residential and commercial properties, and have several more in the design/estimate phase.

Due to the solar panel arm of the business, the owner is also a licensed General Contractor.  He and our hardworking staff have over 120 years combined experience in all aspects of construction:? carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, masonry as well as electrical.  This enables us to provide ?turnkey? installations of solar PV since we cover all subcontractors and liability.  You may also find this helpful for other building/repair issues you may have since we are equipped to handle most (if not all) general construction needs you may be attending to.
